1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the fcjili website located at fcjili.app, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, games, promotions, and support services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By registering an account with fcjili, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the fcjili Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations and the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of fcjili or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the fcjili Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the fcjili Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the fcjili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify fcjili's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

fcjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

fcjili may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or continuing to allow access to the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

fcjili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. fcjili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Deposits are generally credited to your fcjili wallet within seconds for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within one to three banking days for bank transfers. fcjili does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. fcjili aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending KYC verification requirements.

fcjili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the fcjili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fcjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fcjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.
• Abuse: fcjili reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of software errors.
• Modification: fcjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the fcjili Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules. fcjili uses certified game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently tested to ensure fair outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on fcjili's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. fcjili shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors on the player's device or internet connection.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault on fcjili's side, the affected round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. fcjili reserves the right to void any bet placed during a period of technical malfunction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fcjili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coord inated betting with other players.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fcjili staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fcjili Platform — including but not limited to the fcjili name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of fcjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of fcjili. Any unauthorized use of fcjili's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

fcjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fcjili implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and fcjili cannot guarantee absolute security.

fcjili will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fcjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

fcjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fcjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fcjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Suspension & Termination

fcjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• fcjili suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• fcjili is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to fcjili, subject to the completion of applicable verification procedures.

12. Responsible Gaming

fcjili is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek professional support.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact fcjili's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. fcjili will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute relates to the outcome of a game, fcjili's server-side records shall be the primary source of evidence. Game provider records may also be consulted where relevant.

14. Amendments to These Terms

fcjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fcjili will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
